Axis M3026-VE wide-angle outdoor network camera with multi-view streaming, intelligent video capability and digital PTZ with guard tour and PoE support.

With a 105&deg wide viewing angle and a 3 megapixel progressive scan CMOS sensor the Axis M2036-VE outdoor mini dome network camera offers high quality CCTV coverage of large areas, making it a suitable IP camera for a wide range of outdoor security applications. The IK10 (impact resistant) and IP66 (weatherproof) rated housing provides long-lasting protection, whilst its compact size allows it be fitted unobtrusively in many places, such as for example school grounds or forecourts. True day/night switching functionality provides constant high quality surveillance 24/7.

Wide dynamic range (WDR) technology improves images captured by the Axis M3026-VE mini dome by compensating for bright light and shadows in a scene to ensure individuals and objects are clearly visible throughout the image. The handy Axis Corridor Format feature makes this camera also ideal for use in corridors and staircases. Multi-view streaming gives users flexibility with the configuration of bandwidth and storage use as selected areas within the camera's field of view can be cropped and streamed separately for live viewing or recording.

PoE makes installation of the Axis M3026-VE dome IP camera quicker and easier as no traditional power supplies and electrical cabling is required, only an ethernet cable is needed to provide power and network connectivity. A card slot enables data to be stored onto a SD card (not included as standard), ensuring no video is lost during potential network downtime. ONVIF compatibility ensures the Axis M3026-VE can be used alongside other IP video products from a wide range of other manufactures.

Like all Axis cameras, the M3026-VE can be used with the free Axis Companion software, which enables users to set up an IP CCTV system with all recording taking place on SD cards within the camera and a network attached storage (NAS) device, negating the need for a recording server or NVR. Axis Companion software is also ideal for remote system access via mobiles.
