Overview of the Videotec GEKO IRH30H8A LED illuminator

The Videotec IRH30H8A is a powerful infrared illuminator, reaching up to 84m (276ft) with a 30° wide beam angle. This enables a CCTV camera to capture high detail monochrome images in low light conditions with subjects illuminated even at some distance. Infrared light cannot be seen by the human eye but provides sufficient light for high quality images to be captured at night without light pollution. The GEKO IRH30H8A illuminates an entire scene to ensure all detail is captured, providing for thorough surveillance of the illuminated area.

The IP66-rated heat sink body provides full operation in a variety of temperatures, indoors or outdoors. Technolpolymer front glass enables high infrared transmittance. The unit is also protected from electrostatic discharges.

The IRH30H8A can be mounted either directly underneath and connected to the camera housing (OSUPPIR bracket required), or can be wall mounted with the bracket included.
