Overview of the Videotec GEKO IRH60H8A LED illuminator

The hi-power IRH60H8A LED illuminator from the Videotec GEKO range shines strong infrared light over a wide 60° angle and a distance of up to 56m (184ft). This wide angle provides substantial area coverage and ensures an entire scene is illuminated, eliminating underexposure and hotspots. This enables a CCTV camera to capture high detail black and white images in darkness.

With an IP66-rated heat sink body the GEKO IRH60H8A can operate fully indoors or outdoors in temperatures as low as -50°C (-58°F), providing a robust and durable year-round monitoring system. Technopolymer front glass optimises infrared transmittance to provide maximum light coverage.

Mounting the GEKO IRH60H8A can either be via the included wall mount bracket which can be rotated horizontally or vertically, or via the OSUPPIR bracket (not included, please select from above drop down menu if required), which connects the illuminator directly underneath the camera housing.
